There will be quite a few cute crafts to sign up for, so be sure to check out the display in the gym this
Sunday.
**PLEASE NOTE: If you are doing a craft or class that requires money, please bring your payment to church by this Sunday, November 4th**
Here are the crafts:
1.Rice Bags. One of my favorite things is to have a rice pack pillow heated in the microwave for 5 minutes and then put on my sore, aching body. For mere dollars, you can make one for yourself. Heck, they are so cheap you can make two or three, and even more, for gifts! They make wonderful Christmas gifts, birthday gifts, and get-well gifts!
2. Decorative Pillows. These look like they would be hard, and require a lot of skill, but not so! Made from a t-shirt, you can decorate and design your throw pillow from your choice of options. They are so comfy as well! As of Monday (10/29) there were t-shirts on sale 2 for $5 at Michael's, near the yarn section of the store. Lots of colors to choose from, too!
3. Etched Glassware. These are so amazing and simple! Bring your own casserole dish or glassware, and put your own unique personality into it! These are great when you bring food to potlucks or to church socials -- you will never lose any of your casserole dishes again! This project is free, but
you need to bring your own glassware and if you have one, please bring an exacto knife
or sharp tool for cutting the design out of the contact paper.
If you have questions please contact Kristeen at 435-753-1642.

4. Friendship Bracelets. These super simple, easy to make bracelets make great stocking stuffers or can just be given to someone as a token of your friendship. These take only minutes to make, and have tons of different options to choose from, for only $2.50 each!
5. Photo Names. Now here is an amazing artistic display that can be customized to your specifications. And, it looks so professional people will think it cost loads of money, when in reality you did it in under an hour for mere dollars! Choose multiple letters, your last name, your daughter's name, or whatever phrase appeals to you. These are gorgeous and sophisticated!
6. Fashion Coasters. No one will know that these are made from tiles! These are done with a simple modge podge artistic style and you can choose your own! Color coordinate with your living room decor, or live on the edge by doing mix and match. It is all your choice! Easy to do and super cheap, with a look that makes people think you shopped at Ethan Allen!
These coasters are 20 cents each if you bring your own scrapbook paper,
or for 35 cents each it will be provided for you.

Classes
There will be two classes being held on Super Saturday.
1. Cupcakes. In one class you will be able to learn to decorate fancy cupcakes. Tessa Evans will be teaching us some fun decorating skills that are beyond just slathering on the frosting. Will be fun! And we get to eat these cupcakes afterward, so that is even better :)
2. Homemade Products. In the other class, you can learn how to make some simple homemade products that are non-toxic, cost mere pennies, and actually work! You will learn to make homemade toothpaste, homemade laundry soap, homemade bleach alternative, and homemade body butter. And, we will post a PDF download that includes dozens of other natural recipes you can make from home.
If you sign up to receive samples, the class costs $5, (please pay by this Sunday) but you will get to take home samples of each product. Otherwise, you can come to the class free of charge, and download the PDF to start on your own! These are fast, easy and money savers!
EXTRA PROJECT FOR THE DAY: We will be tying quilts as well, during this fun activity. These quilts are part of our service to the community.
